Bob Gillett joins host Garrett McCaffrey, in studio, to talk about some big ideas for the sport. Gillett was the founding president of the National Club Swimming Association and now coaches at the Golden West Swim Club.

Feb. 20, 2010: FAST Elite coach Sean Hutchison joins host Garrett McCaffrey to discuss a topic that always comes up when a young swimmer puts up an amazing time: burnout. Sean has dealt with his swimmers having success at a young age, like Ariana Kukors who won her first national title at 14. He is also in his first year coaching Katie Hoff, who is coming off, what many would consider, a burnout. Both situations are discussed and much more, on this week's Split Time.
