South African swimming legend Ryk Neethling joins the show from Cape Town to talk about last weekend's attempt to break a Guinness World Record for most swimmers in a 24-hour relay, his swim schools and what top swimmers are under his watch in South Africa. He also looks back on his stellar NCAA career and what it will take for his home country to repeat their surprising success from the 2004 Games.

He talks about the meet format, what his training has been like, his thoughts on the perfect taper and what chances the Texas men have to win the NCAA championship.

Feb. 3, 2010: Texas assistant women's swim coach Jim Henry analyzes his team's performances at the Big 12 championships, which relays stand the best shot at winning at the NCAAs and how Lily Moldenhauer will fit into the team next year as a freshman. He also answers Peter Busch's question regarding what his swimmers will race at the NCAAs.

March 2, 2010: Florida State diver Landon Marzullo talks about the circumstances that led to him transferring to Florida State University after two years at Indiana University. He also looks into what he needs to do to perform better at championship meets, which have seen him perform well in prelims but not hold up to his standards in the finals. We also award our Performance of the Week honor to an oft-rewarded swimmer who continues to swim fast this season.
